Seneca Edge ("we", "us", "our") is a behavioral execution system for traders. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe. We do not sell your data. Ever.

• Account data: your email address, and any name or profile details you choose to share.
• Trading data: trades, journal entries, strategy rules, and behavioral signals you submit to the system.
• Usage data: anonymized analytics about how the product is used, to improve it.

2. Why we collect it

We use your data only to operate Seneca Edge for you — to analyze execution patterns, surface insights, and provide product updates you opted into. We do not use your trading data to train shared models without explicit consent.

3. How we store it

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with access limited to authorized personnel. Sensitive credentials are never stored in plain text. Backups are encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or trading data.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not access your trades for any purpose outside the product.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@senecaedge.com. We will respond within 30 days.
