These Terms govern your use of Seneca Edge. By accessing the platform, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. What Seneca Edge is

Seneca Edge is an analytical and behavioral tool for traders. It is not a broker, not a signals service, and not financial advice. Nothing in the product constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.

2. Your responsibility

• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter into the system.
• You must comply with the laws and broker terms that apply where you operate.

3. No guarantees

We make no guarantee of profit, loss prevention, win rate, or any specific trading outcome. Past performance — yours or anyone else's — is not indicative of future results. Trading carries substantial risk, including loss of capital.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform.
• Don't submit data you don't have the right to share.
• Don't use the platform to harm others or break the law.

5. Account access

Early access is granted by request. We may suspend or revoke access if these Terms are violated, or if usage threatens platform integrity.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seneca Edge is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform — including trading losses.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
